The Terms and Conditions stated herein below form an integral part of the accompanying “Customer Application Form” and govern the provision of the services (as defined here under) by KVBL, pursuant to the said Customer Application Form.
For normal complaints and direct support, subscriber should contact their local service partner / franchise and or call to customer care number for remote support. If required KVBL customer support team will call back to the subscriber. If the subscriber issues continue, a complaint escalation matrix and an external redressal mechanism is established by KVBL
